Webhook events
A clear view of the booking events Kettlewire records today and the integration contracts that are still planned.
No outbound webhook deliveries are live today.
The booking event names below are internal app records. They do not represent webhook notifications or outbound deliveries.
Current booking lifecycle
Defined in the app today (internal records only)
These records are written as public reservations are made and admins manage bookings. They are not a live webhook feed.
Internal booking record
BOOKED
A successful public reservation creates a PENDING booking and records its initial appointment interval.

CONFIRMED
An admin confirms a PENDING booking, changing its status to CONFIRMED.

RESCHEDULED
An admin moves a non-cancelled booking to an available slot. The record stores the previous and next appointment intervals.

CANCELLED
An admin cancels a booking. The record stores the previous appointment interval and changes the booking status to CANCELLED.
On the roadmap
Planned integrations
Calendar, CRM, payments, and field-service operations are planned integration areas. Webhook event identifiers, payloads, and delivery behavior are not yet defined for these planned integrations.
